Frevo is an expression of the vast global experiences of Chef Franco Sampogna and Operations Director Bernardo Carolo. Channeling the masters of Paris’s top chefs, Frevo will serve contemporary French cuisine. Having trained with both Guy Savoy and Alain Ducasse, Chef Franco’s skill will be a welcome addition to the NYC market. As fine dining is evolving and shifting towards a more relaxed approach, the delicate balance of restrained elegance will secure Frevo’s place amongst the top restaurants in NYC.
