Authentic kuih is difficult to find in New York, as this colorful steamed dish is meticulously prepared in a variety of flavors. With Kuih Cafe, a mother - daughter team took on the challenge of replicating the taste of their hometown - of sharing these dishes with the NYC community.
Kuih are bite-sized snack or dessert foods commonly found in Southeast Asia. Ranging in flavor, texture, and bold bright color - Kuih are perfect for any time of day!
